The Shady Man, later identified as Dwayne, was a guest starring character on The CW's Riverdale. He was portrayed by Christian Sloan.
The Shady Man was a drug dealer who had no known family, often doing crimes to get money.

Murdered at the Cooper House[]
The "Shady Man" arrives at the Cooper house asking for Chic. For reasons unknown, he proceeds to attack Alice, only to be stopped and killed by a blow to the head with an object. Betty later walks in on the bloody scene to see Alice cleaning up the blood.[1]
Betty assists her mother in the clean-up and attempts to cover up the murder by wrapping him in a rug and hiding his body in an abandoned sewer. His body is later buried by FP Jones in Fox Forest in an attempt to cover it up more successfully. His car and mobile phone are thrown into a swamp by Betty and Jughead along with his car. His car, or rather the car that he stole from Darla, was later recovered, however.[2]

Dwayne was a tall man in his late 20s or 30s with platinum blonde hair that was combed back, and a brown beard.
