The Lodge family lake house, or Lodge Lodge as Veronica so aptly referred to it as, is a cabin owned by the Lodge family where they would often spend their summers. It was built on the site of The Overlook Lodge, a boutique resort inn that burned down in the past.[1] Following the unrest of Poppa Poutine's death, Hiram Lodge suggests the trip to Archie, so Veronica would be safe out of town. Veronica, Archie, Betty, and Jughead spent the weekend there as a couples get-away. Unfortunately, while there, the lake house was burglarized by four men.[2]
