|“||You have been playing the same game since junior high, and it was tiring back than.||”|
|— Mary to Alice[src]|
Mary Andrews and Alice Cooper were friends in high school. Alice likes to play mind games and manipulate people when in certain situations. When she was in the girls washroom with Mary doing her makeup while Mary was also. She brought up the conversation with Fred and Hermione being together with each other. Before she could say anymore, Mary already knew what she was trying to accomplish. Which Mary stopped her from saying another word by telling her "You have been playing the same game since junior high, and it was tiring back than". Telling her that she was tired of her games.
She also told Alice that Fred is old enough to make his own decisions, and that she came to have a good time with both of her dates. Which she invited Hermione to accompany her at the school dance with her and Fred when she told him about the news earlier before they attended it.
Not much is known about Mary and Alice's past history as friends, other than the fact that Mary pointed out to Alice that she has been playing the same mind games that she was doing since they were both in high school. Indicating not much has changed with Alice.
